Processing of orders take 5-7 days upon receipt of the transaction and payment slip.  Please note that the time may take longer if there is a delay in the photos/videos.

Once payment has been made, the song cannot be changed.  Once your order has been placed, our

artists begin to work on your orders immediately.

You can send more than eight (8) photos but may depend on the length of the song.

We can’t cancel order but you may place an order for a later event date.

Unfortunately we can’t do refunds.  However, we can credit your payment to a future order.
